Project Overview: The total land area of this project is 128,672.37 square meters, to be constructed in two phases. Phase I covers approximately 73,594.60 square meters and was completed and put into operation in 2020. Phase II covers approximately 55,077.77 square meters, which is the focus of this construction. The Phase II construction includes two factory buildings and one dormitory building, with a total construction area of approximately 45,018.66 square meters. Specifically, Factory Building #2 covers 25,200 square meters, Factory Building #3 covers 11,550 square meters, and the dormitory building (including civil air defense facilities) covers 8,268.66 square meters.

The categories of participating units to be introduced include: survey units, design units, supervision units, construction units, bidding agency units, cost consulting units, and other relevant units (such as construction drawing review units, surveying and mapping units, and other professional units related to construction engineering).
