Delivery Period: Tentatively 90 days.
Qualifications Required for Bidders:
7.1 Company business license, requiring establishment for ≥ 1 year, with the capacity to independently bear civil liabilities. Provide proof of legal person identity.
7.2 Latest tax clearance certificate as of the registration deadline.
7.3 Latest tax payment credit rating as of the registration deadline, requiring a rating of ≥ B or M.
7.4 The bidder must not be listed on the Credit China website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) under "Discredited Persons Subject to Enforcement" or "Parties Involved in Major Tax Violation Cases."
7.5 Suppliers with the same legal representative or those under direct控股 or management relationships may not submit quotations for this procurement project simultaneously.
Bidding Method: Offline paper-based bidding.
